Sippy Software's SIP Callback module combined with the
Sippy Softswitch
provide a complete solution for offering callback services.
The callback could be triggered using many different methods,
including SMS, Web. E-mail etc.
The solution provides a way for service providers to extend their
service offerings by allowing existing residential and business SIP
customers accessing VoIP network using a fixed line or
mobile phone when necessary.
Also it could be integrated with third-party billing and/or SIP
softswitch system if necessary.
The following callback methods are supported out of the box:

Web Callback. This method allows user to
trigger the callback by entering his own number and destination
number via web page.

SMS Callback. This method allows user to
trigger callback to the dedicated mobile number.

E-Mail Callback. This method allows user to
trigger callback to the dedicated e-mal address.

ANI (DNIS) Callback. This method allows user to
trigger callback by calling dedicated (usually toll-free or local)
phone number.
In addition callback triggering method to be customized to accommodate
different needs and scenarios.
