Sippy Software's SIP Callback module combined with the Sippy Softswitch provide a complete solution for offering callback services.

The callback could be triggered using many different methods, including SMS, Web. E-mail etc.

The solution provides a way for service providers to extend their service offerings by allowing existing residential and business SIP customers accessing VoIP network using a fixed line or mobile phone when necessary.

Also it could be integrated with third-party billing and/or SIP softswitch system if necessary.

The following callback methods are supported out of the box:

  • Web Callback. This method allows user to trigger the callback by entering his own number and destination number via web page.
  • SMS Callback. This method allows user to trigger callback to the dedicated mobile number.
  • E-Mail Callback. This method allows user to trigger callback to the dedicated e-mal address.
  • ANI (DNIS) Callback. This method allows user to trigger callback by calling dedicated (usually toll-free or local) phone number.

In addition callback triggering method to be customized to accommodate different needs and scenarios.
