Sippy Softswitch 1.6.1 (December 2008)
Version 1.6.1 of Sippy Softswitch has been released and is available
immediately to new and existing clients. The main changes in the new
release are:
- 64-bit support. Starting with this release,
Sippy Softswitch is now available in both 32-bit and 64-bit
versions.
- PaymentExpress
support. Support for online payments via the
PaymentExpress gateway has been added. PaymentExpress provides
innovative and robust payment solutions for the Australian and
New Zealand markets.
- New Sales Report interface. Allows easy
viewing of all sales-related activity.
- New External Services interface. Allows the
connection of external media relays to the switch.
- Excel/CSV import improvements. The uploading
of Accounts, Rotes and Rates has been extended to provide better
error-reporting and usability.
- Top-up Vouchers support. The new version has
support for Top-up Vouchers (Pre-paid Recharge Cards) that can
be used by subscribers to replenish their balance via a self-care
web interface or IVR.
- Usability improvements. Based on customer
feedback, several user interfaces originally introduced in
version 1.6 have been modified to improve usability.
