Sippy Softswitch 1.9 (January 2010)
Version 1.9 of Sippy Softswitch has been released and is available
immediately to new and existing clients. The main changes in the new
release are:
- DID management and routing support.
The new DID Pool feature simplifies management of DID numbers and
allows DIDs to be assigned to individual accounts and IVR applications
easily.
- Simplified configuration for IVR applications

The new version of Sippy Softswitch makes it easier to create
and manage different types of IVR applications.
- Support for accessibility surcharges.
The new feature allows calls coming via toll-fee numbers to be
charged extra on top of regular incoming charges.
- Automatic vendor quality monitoring.
This new feature enables switch to monitor key parameters of
connection to vendor (ACD and ASR) in real time and alter routing
decisions based on thresholds set by the administrator.
- New Smart Dialing feature for calling cards
